confusion, is dealing with other people. This can also be learned and cultivated. The basic prerequisite for this, however, is to know and understand oneself and one's thinking to some extent, only then one is able to understand one's counterpart a little better and to deal with him/her in a correspondingly different way. This is also how my work is to be understood, whether in individual or group trainings, I see myself as a pilot who helps you to understand your view on other people and things. After we have taken a small look at you, we develop together techniques and forms for dealing with the customer, the boss, the employee or the colleague.
Because if you know yourself a little better, you will have free capacities to see and understand other people and thus to advise and involve yourself comprehensively. This applies equally to customers as well as to colleagues, employees and superiors.
