As retailers, we have received nothing but positive feedback from our customers regarding the L-stones. Customers are very enthusiastic about the weight, the craftsmanship, and the stability!

Hahn-Kunststoffe GmbH offers an enormous variety of products with reliable delivery and excellent customer service! The value for money is also good! Unfortunately, there are low-cost suppliers (mostly from Eastern European countries) whose products are also sold in German-speaking countries; we’re already noticing this trend in our sales. However, the quality of these products isn’t always satisfactory. Hahn has many years of experience, and they provide the necessary certifications and warranties that are often lacking with other manufacturers and distributors. As a long-time satisfied customer, we (Keplast) will continue to purchase products from Hahn-Kunststoffe in the future.

You make a great product!
It’s a bit of a shame that not all products are available in every color.
And we’d be thrilled if the delivery time could be drastically reduced! We’re losing more than 70%!!! of inquiries from potential new customers—who represent significant sales (€3,000.00 to €16,000.00)—who would have placed an order immediately if we hadn’t mentioned the 6-week delivery time. That’s a real shame for us—and probably for you, too!
Best regards, Patrick Gross

I’ve been waiting for years—actually, for decades—to find a way to reintroduce your plastic production scraps back into the cycle. So far, they’ve had to be disposed of as residual waste.
Please feel free to call me at 0160 966 49 119 to discuss potential solutions for how you can process our production scraps (e.g., offcuts, clean shavings) into new Hanit products.

We sell your recycled posts, and they're completely useless for just about anything. They bend just by looking at them askance, and driving plastic into the ground just doesn't seem very modern. Plus, you can't drive those flimsy things into the ground—I just don't get the point of this product....

The assistance with material processing and the often prompt provision of information are worth highlighting. I am also satisfied with the quick and hassle-free delivery of the material so far. On the other hand, the return policy is completely unsatisfactory. I did not get the impression that the company is truly interested in establishing a circular solution using its own primary material.

We were recently asked by your company why we no longer carry Hahnkunststoffe products. The simple answer is that we small retailers are the ones who made Hahnkunststoffe what it is today. Suddenly, our discounts have been cut from 25% to 15%. Hanit products require an explanation to the customer, but there’s no time or money left for that—and when the local home improvement store is also being supplied, even though we’re supposed to have territory protection, it makes cooperation difficult.

Customers often view recycled plastic as an inferior raw material that has already been processed and paid for multiple times, and therefore expect significantly lower prices than those for wood. Arguing the product’s advantages often falls on deaf ears—in part because regional policymakers favor local wood suppliers despite the material’s known drawbacks. Furthermore, recycled plastic is often mistakenly assumed to have the same technical and structural properties as wood.

The product was easy to install. The on-time delivery and transparent communication were outstanding.
The pricing and quality of the garden furniture are heavily modeled after furniture for public spaces. It would have been so nice to see these ideas implemented in a version that was more accessible and affordable for private individuals.

The free shipping threshold is too high.
The margin is also too low for retailers.
