The protective glass on the display of my iPhone XR was damaged and cracked by the impact of a metal object on the left edge. I wasn't sure if the display and case were also damaged. So off to the Handydoktor, where I had a very good experience before. The employee removed the damaged protective glass and saw that the phone had not been damaged. After just a few minutes, I was able to receive the phone with the new protective glass again. Looks like NEW again. Great work. Thank you very much !

Was there with my S10, because front and rear broken. I was told that the parts must be ordered and promptly 2 days later I got an appointment (as previously discussed) and my phone was ready in 1 hour.

Very nice and competent team. My iPhone 12 had a black screen ..after fall. Upon delivery of my iPhone was explained to me that the screen can also break without visible damage. The complete procedure was explained to me before the repair and after 1 hour!! I could pick it up again with original display! All my data is still there!!! Thank you very much <3

The battery of my iPhone Pro 13 has inflated what I did not know until now, because originally I called Apple support, because my phone went out again and again despite full charge. After my phone then literally burst out of the case and I was not allowed to send it, according to Apple, due to the defective battery, I contacted the Handydoktor from Varel. A short phone call, a photo of the phone by mail and not even a week later I had a working device with a new battery.
