I have been taking the first course for about 3 years, I practise daily, detailed and very precise explanations make the exercises effective. And the personal support from Hanna. I did the course. Hanna is a wonderful motivator and explains things very well. I think the new course is really great and I train with it every day. With her course, I have also managed to open my eyes without moving my forehead. The frown lines and forehead wrinkles have now disappeared. It's fun to take part. Even though I can't see so much in my face yet - I'm already over 60 - I can clearly see more muscle under my skin. That is encouraging to continue.

Hanna Sacher is an absolute professional and the personal support during the course is great! You can achieve really great effects with this facial training course - the whole face and posture benefit and look fresher and much younger. Hanna conveys her content so clearly that her course participants can continue training on their own after the coaching period. The course is definitely recommended and worth every penny. I really like the new videos. They have been optimized and professionalized. I took part in Hanna's first course (2020). I've been integrating the exercises into my everyday life for 2-3 years, doing them while cooking, cleaning, driving or on the go (of course only the eye exercises/ring muscles - nobody notices). I am totally happy!

I am really enthusiastic about the new course! (But also of the old course). The exercises are very intensive, but you can tell that they make a difference. There is very detailed information on the individual areas of the face and the corresponding exercises. So you know what you're doing and why. I also really like the fact that the muscle groups you are currently training are shown during the exercises.
The additional information on taping, Gua Sha, etc. is also great. Simply a really great course, which is also easy to implement in a busy everyday life.
Even if it seems to be secondary, I find the background in the new course very beautiful, very pleasing to the eye!
