My review: The lovely Hanna Sacher from Gesichts-Training
really deserves the Nobel Prize. These exercises are awesome! My auntie has made progress and I myself now remain the eternally young Jonnyboy :-) The great "before and after " pictures and videos I saw on YT and in the course are mega! I can recommend it to anyone who wants to look young. It works at any so-called calendar "age".

I think this course is brilliant! Charmingly explanatory and easy to follow. THANK YOU - you know what to look out for, what to avoid and what is particularly effective. It's still difficult for me to keep my forehead still - but it's funny, you realize how much just happens unconsciously. I'm happy about it and think it's wonderful!

Hanna Sacher is extremely competent and you get the feeling that she really cares about her customers. She explains the exercises in detail and precisely so that they are easy to follow. But the best thing is the success you can actually achieve if you stick with it consistently. The course is definitely recommended.

After 2 months of daily facial exercises with Hanna Sacher, I can see a slight but noticeable reduction in the wrinkles around the corners of my mouth. I can only recommend Ms. Sacher's You Tube videos. However, at my advanced age of 72, it takes a lot of patience and regular use. However, I believe it is worth it.

Hanna's facial training course is still the best for me.
I've tried different providers for face shaping, facial yoga etc. and I know that you can achieve the best results with Hanna's course.
The exercises are well explained, easy to follow and bring real results.
Hanna's friendly manner always puts you in a good mood and you have fun.
Now existing customers also receive updates on the new course as a gift. I can't believe it!

Dear Hanna,
I am now on week 12 and amazed at how fast the time has gone. My successes so far are that my forehead muscles are barely moving along and they are already smoothing out and my cheek muscles are getting stronger and firmer. I am so excited! I'm 65 and I didn't think before that something like this was still possible.

You have made it with your positive and encouraging nature that I have incorporated your exercises into my daily routine and look forward to doing them. I'll keep at it! After 3 weeks the first successes, after 3 months taut cheeks, eyes, corners of the mouth lifted.
My face looks fresh and firmer.

I had a very great and helpful facial training session with Hanna! I immediately felt comfortable in the session and Hanna was able to help me with my concerns very well. I read a few guides on forehead wrinkles beforehand and watched a few videos, but nothing really helped me that much. The little workout I've been doing since the session with Hanna has been super valuable and I'm already seeing a difference after 3 weeks. Thank you so much!
