The many years of good experience with Hans Brandenburg has been repeatedly confirmed.
For the purpose of transferring business property to private property, I needed a serious and fiscally documented and thus durable vehicle appraisal. - Mr. Luca La Mendola coordinated the entire process, including the valuation by TÜV-Süd, in an excellent manner.
I would not have thought how complex and extensive such an evaluation is - I as "old businessman", which still knew the business on handshake, would be completely overwhelmed with it ... the times have changed now once ...
As a small thank you to the house Hans Brandenburg and its employees, I will privately continue the business relationship with you gladly, although PROCAR is here in Solingen directly in my vicinity (... over many years achieved customer satisfaction just pays ...)

I bought a Mini Countryman from Mr. Sauermann and picked it up today. Advice, sale, service and handover - everything was great! I can only thank Mr. Sauermann most sincerely, nice conversations, everything was very relaxed. No stress, no hustle and bustle-here the customer is served sugar in a bag, as we say in Saarland. A car dealership with service as one would wish!!!
All employees are nice without exception, you are treated warmly and greeted with a smile, which unfortunately is no longer the rule.
Our contact person, Mr. Janetzki was available at any time for questions, our request was implemented to our complete satisfaction and we were served very well! He took time for us, even that is no longer a matter of course, unfortunately ...

We were able to pick up our new BMW yesterday and are just absolutely satisfied. Not only with the car, but also with the excellent service we received in advance, especially through Mr. Kringe at Hans Brandenburg in Hilden.
All questions, whether by phone or by mail, were answered very very quickly. We would buy a car from Brandenburg and Mr. Kringe again at any time!

We, a young couple, are interested in buying a used BMW 5 series and have discovered a corresponding offer at Hans Brandenburg in Düsseldorf Hellerhof. Previously, we looked at an X3 at their colleagues in Dormagen and were very pleased with the service and staff. Overall, we were taken much more seriously in Dormagen! The salesman in Hellerhof (Mr. Meisel) didn't really seem interested in selling us the car in question. Therefore, we did not get much information about the vehicle - maybe this was due to the fact that we were only spoken to at the front door of the dealership. This gave and the feeling of wanting to get rid of us quickly. With minimal adjustments to the conditions for the vehicle, we would also buy the car, but then rather from a seller who takes us seriously. Bottom line: very unfortunate - the car still seems to be there and it's really unfortunate that a deal didn't go through due to unwarranted prejudice.

I bought a 4-series convertible from Mr. Herweg in April 2022. I am very satisfied with the car, with the fast handling and the friendly advice from Mr. Herweg. We got along very well right away. I would buy a car from BMW Brandenburg again at any time. It is my first BMW and I have not regretted it so far :-)

Despite driving a total of over 1,100 km, every meter was worth it.

Mr. Stränger took the time for my concerns, answered my questions expertly and realized special, individual wishes.

Even when handing over my vehicle, from the ladies at the reception, to the mechanics, to Mr. Stränger himself, as well as everyone else I had contact with, took care of you in a friendly manner; in short, I felt well taken care of.

I am happy to have a beautiful BMW Z4 from your house, which I hope will give me a lot of joy and driving pleasure for a long time.

On 21.2.22 we picked up our Mini Cooper S at the Hans Brandenburg Hilden dealership. Unfortunately, I no longer know the name of the consultant, he had spontaneously stepped in as a substitute for the consultant who had fallen ill, but he took the necessary time and did a great job explaining all the functions of the car to us. Ich kaufe seit fast 20 Jahren meine BMW-Fahrzeuge bei Hans Brandenburg in Düsseldorf-Hellerhof, dort werden sie gewartet und repariert. Ich sehe für mich keinen Grund, weshalb ich mir in der Zukunft ein anderes Auto kaufen sollte als einen BMW, und so werde ich wohl auch im Jahr 2042 als Kunde zu Hans Brandenburg kommen.

Ich habe stets das Gefühl, ein gern gesehener Gast und Kunde zu sein - ob beim Fachsimpeln mit Verkaufsleiter Hans-Jürgen Sassen oder einem charmanten Plausch mit der wundervollen Gabriele Weinacker. Inwiefern es zwischen Christian Stränger aus dem Gebrauchtfahrzeug-Team und mir eine private "Schnittmenge" gibt, die irgendwie mit Untertürkheimer Altblech zu tun hat, bleibt unser (am Ende doch ganz unspektakuläres Geheimnis, ;-)

Mein Verkaufsberater der ersten Stunde, Heinz Kuhfeldt, ist mir in fast zwei Jahrzehnten zu einem persönlichen Freund geworden, unser herzlicher Kontakt wird gewiss auch in Zukunft fortbestehen: "Alles Liebe und Gute für Deinen Ruhestand, Heinzi!" Nun freue ich mich . . .

. . . auf die Zusammenarbeit mit seinem Nachfolger Dennis Jonczyk, der souverän in die großen Fußspuren tritt. Das könnte durchaus was Längerfristiges werden: gefällt mir!

Man sagt uns Deutschen ja zuweilen nach, dass das Auto bei uns fast ein Mitglied der Familie wäre. Kann sein - ich mag meinen BMW! Und wie mein Bewertungskommentar zur Hans-Brandenburg GmbH zeigt, hat der Autokauf ja stets auch etwas familiär-persönliches!!
