Ms. Tracht from the Kia department has done a great job it is all very well run my car a kia sportage hybrid gt line even earlier get what has pleased me very much. At the handover, the car was explained to me very well and my questions were all answered has even made a second appointment because I forgot my phone. If everyone is as dedicated as Mrs. Tracht then other customers have no reason to complain.

At the end of 2023, we will be allowed to register the 4th vehicle, a BMW X4 from BMW Brandenburg in Hilden. Who do we have to thank for this? "Mr. Oliver Kringe.
That is more than 10 years in which he has accompanied us. We say THANK YOU for the way he met us. Charming and friendly, especially the empathetic patience he brought in the preliminary discussions. The phone calls he made with us, he creates atmosphere that has a lasting effect.
He knows how to enhance the already very well equipped vehicles with one or the other additional equipment even more.
We wish and hope that Mr. Oliver Kringe will have the strength and energy to carry out his vocation for many years to come.
For us he is more than just the car salesman of BMW Brandenburg.

My vehicle had an airbag problem. This was found and repaired after a meticulous search. The cost framework, which was forecast to be high at the beginning, was not exhausted and was put into proportion by a very fair handling in favor of the customer. I think this is normal, but it is no longer the standard in garages. All the more reason to highlight this behavior in a positive light. It creates customer loyalty and trust. Thank you again for the good service, the personal support and the open and transparent discussions in this context. Personal thanks go especially to Mr. Sikora, but also to the entire team.

The many years of good experience with Hans Brandenburg has been repeatedly confirmed.
For the purpose of transferring business property to private property, I needed a serious and fiscally documented and thus durable vehicle appraisal. - Mr. Luca La Mendola coordinated the entire process, including the valuation by TÜV-Süd, in an excellent manner.
I would not have thought how complex and extensive such an evaluation is - I as "old businessman", which still knew the business on handshake, would be completely overwhelmed with it ... the times have changed now once ...
As a small thank you to the house Hans Brandenburg and its employees, I will privately continue the business relationship with you gladly, although PROCAR is here in Solingen directly in my vicinity (... over many years achieved customer satisfaction just pays ...)

I bought a Mini Countryman from Mr. Sauermann and picked it up today. Advice, sale, service and handover - everything was great! I can only thank Mr. Sauermann most sincerely, nice conversations, everything was very relaxed. No stress, no hustle and bustle-here the customer is served sugar in a bag, as we say in Saarland. All employees are nice without exception, you are treated warmly and greeted with a smile, which unfortunately is no longer the rule.
Our contact person, Mr. Janetzki was available at any time for questions, our request was implemented to our complete satisfaction and we were served very well! He took time for us, even that is no longer a matter of course, unfortunately ...

We were able to pick up our new BMW yesterday and are just absolutely satisfied. Not only with the car, but also with the excellent service we received in advance, especially through Mr. Kringe at Hans Brandenburg in Hilden.

We, a young couple, are interested in buying a used BMW 5 series and have discovered a corresponding offer at Hans Brandenburg in Düsseldorf Hellerhof. Previously, we looked at an X3 at their colleagues in Dormagen and were very pleased with the service and staff. Overall, we were taken much more seriously in Dormagen! The salesman in Hellerhof (Mr. Meisel) didn't really seem interested in selling us the car in question. Therefore, we did not get much information about the vehicle - maybe this was due to the fact that we were only spoken to at the front door of the dealership. This gave and the feeling of wanting to get rid of us quickly. With minimal adjustments to the conditions for the vehicle, we would also buy the car, but then rather from a seller who takes us seriously. Bottom line: very unfortunate - the car still seems to be there and it's really unfortunate that a deal didn't go through due to unwarranted prejudice.
