We were and are particularly satisfied with our first caregiver and the first contact person from Hausengel. We are not quite as satisfied with our newly assigned Hausengel contact person. She is always quite short-tempered and somehow we don't feel quite as well looked after as we are used to. Of course, this is still complaining at a high level, because overall we are really satisfied.

We were advised comprehensively and very well understandably at short notice. Contracts and forms are clearly well formulated for us. We needed help at short notice and the Hausengels managed to find competent and very suitable help within three days.
The needs assessment is used to find a suitable person, which means the caregivers are involved in assessing whether the perons could fit together. This is really helpful.

The placement of caregivers is very friendly, direct and professional. Contacts by phone and e-mail, these are always answered quickly. The mediation already pays attention to a successor before the change of the caregiver, submits proposals and takes over the entire organization.
Thus the own Organsiationsaufwand is small. Before the selection of the caregiver, there is a catalog of requirements, a description of the person and a description of the respective service. Also, the direct contact to the next planned force is possible. All in all very transparent. Our current caregiver is experienced in dealing with patients suffering from dementia. She cares for our mother very well and comprehensively. In addition, she relieves us as relatives immensely.

As a relative of two parents in need of care, I was very well supported and advised in my helplessness to find a solution for the home situation. I am especially grateful to the initial consultation. She found us a very suitable, loving and caring caregiver, and my parents have thus found the transition of now sharing the house with another person very easy. The whole situation has changed for the better within a few days. My parents feel super cared for and I can see it in their faces every day.

While we have been very satisfied with the services provided by the nursing staff so far, there is not always transparency in the billing process. Unfortunately, the cost estimates for consulting services in particular are a constant source of questions and complaints. It is completely incomprehensible to me that the offers for nursing services and those for consulting services do not usually coincide.

Our invoicing in particular is indeed complex - which is ultimately in the interests of families. This makes it easier for you to be reimbursed for services by your health or long-term care insurer.

Regarding your question: The discrepancies between cost estimates and the actual invoice amount are usually due to different time periods, which are the basis in each case. In the offer of the caregiver is always the entire period of use specified, for example, 23.02. to 15.04.2023. In the cost estimates of Hausengel GmbH is always the entire period listed, but listed from the 1st of the month, in our example, so 1.02. to 15.04.2023. The invoice of Hausengel GmbH is always based on the calendar month, so the cost estimate of the GmbH is also always generated from the beginning of the month. However, the end of the offer coincides with the date on the cost estimate.

We will be happy to explain any ambiguities again in a telephone conversation, because cost transparency is one of the most important values of our company. Your personal consultant will be happy to assist you.

We were very satisfied with the following experience:

1.) The very good analysis and determination of the needs of the person to be cared for or looked after.
2.) The high selection of offers of competent house angels adapted to the needs.
3) The very fast placement of a house angel.
4) The short reaction times in the mediation, in questions and clarifications, settlements, etc..
5) We are more than very satisfied and happy with our current house angel. We are very grateful to have such a touching and professionally caring, loving and courteous house angel at the side of our relatives in need of care and also at our side. The care, communication, housekeeping, etc. of our house angel can be rated with more than 5 stars.
