However, I do find fault with the lack of transparency in the costs for the care service and the administrative fees. In such a stressful situation as we found ourselves in, the amount of costs coming our way was not immediately transparent. Because of the sophisticated provider system, three different billers send their monthly statements. In addition, there are travel costs and other services that may only arise during care. Overall, we were well over the amount initially expected. It would be helpful if a total amount was mentioned in the contract agreement and it was recognizable that "additional services" such as nightly toilet accompaniment cost extra.
In case of questions there was friendly information at any time by the organization and the care of our mother by the caregiver was exemplary and loving!!! I can therefore highly recommend this company!!!
