Fast and effective. I had a lot of small stalk warts on my neck and armpits that were always irritated/inflamed from wearing shirts. Now they are gone and I am happy.
The location of the practice is very good and the parking situation is excellent. I feel well taken care of and looked after by Mr. Bachmann in the new practice rooms. He is a sympathetic and competent specialist. The laser treatment was very successful, I will be back.
Mr. Bachmann takes a lot of time, really addresses the problem described and tries to find a short-term acute as well as long-term solution. I am very satisfied.
I had no intention of having my skin examined for cancer. The initiative for this came from Dr. Siddi. A malignant tumor was discovered and removed. This was done at such an early stage that there is no further danger from this site. Therefore, I am grateful and feel very well and competently cared for.

I have never had a video treatment before, this was my first. Although Dr. Bachmann and I only saw each other virtually, the feeling was simply pleasant. He took his time and listened and then detailed how we proceeded. Super.
I have been to Doctor Bachmann's office for chronic treatment a few times so far. The waiting time was never long, Mr. Bachmann took enough time for the anamnesis and diagnosis without overdoing it. I feel very well taken care of in the practice. The location is also good with all transportation options "doable".
The video consultation was very relaxed, sympathetic and competent. Above all, I was thrilled how quickly everything went and I thus got an appointment without much waiting time and also the "doctor's visit" was within a very short time. For what I would otherwise have planned 2-3h I needed so only 25min!
It was my first video consultation. I am positively surprised that advice was also possible for my "new" subject and not only for follow-up examinations. I am now following the recommendations for five days and there are clear improvements. I was able to pick up the prescription on short notice on the same day.
In addition, very positive that an appointment was free within a week.
