I have not known Mr. Kramer too long, the first conversation with him was very informative, there was a lot of input but easily understandable explained, my questions he could answer easily.
There was no talking around it, I personally find this quality important, if something is to be said, then it should be said.
In the end I went along with it for several reasons.
Mr. Kramer as a person is super sympathetic to me, he believes in what he does and can convey this confidence well.
My comparisons to my old insurance company are not remotely positive to these. (Humanity, sympathy, accessibility, open communication, honesty).
All in all I am satisfied.
