I am fully satisfied with Ingo Scheffler's general agency, but not with the associated claims department. Therefore, I can only conditionally recommend the general agency. Without the support of Mr. Andreas Dötsch, I would probably still be waiting for a claims settlement today. It's a real shame, because the agency would have deserved a 10.
