Mr. Svoboda took a lot of time and had a lot of patience with all the customization options while "back and forth" between all the options. It was a rare buying experience, the likes of which you don't get at Porsche or Rueschenbeck these days (where you are sometimes looked at more like a supplicant).
The installation was done very professionally by top staff. Clean work.
The price is what you pay, the value is what you get - the cabinet solution is 1A and enormously high quality. However, the price reflects this and what is in the nature of things with an individual calculation, is a certain intransparency. Hedegger should of course make money, but felt the margin was very decent and I can not get rid of the feeling that with a little more Turkish bazaar a better price would have been given, which should not be so necessary with such a product in this segment.
