We feel very comfortable with the new system. The advice was mega & the system fits our store like a glove. Especially the card payment is really cool integrated. We haven't had to use the service yet, except for the initial setup and training, which was great. Keep it up

We were a bit skeptical at first. Everything via the Internet. Discussing the setup over the phone, getting the cash register by mail and training by phone. But now we are amazed at how well it all worked out. Of course, there is always some little thing that another software has, but then again another little thing for it. But all in all a good solution

The first star is for the great advice at the beginning when everything started. The second for the super POS system that is really very easy to use. The third for the integrated card payment, which our guests appreciate very much at the POSSUM5+ (the tip really gives our staff a very big pleasure!!!). The fourth for the super training and installation of the system at our site and the fifth for the super support from us for years. Always available and also on weekends when things got stuck. Keep it up!

Well, who says it. We've been through quite a bit with another big cloud POS provider where not only did the software keep giving us problems, but the support was simply inadequate. With the system here, not only is the software easy for my staff, but the support here takes care of you when things get stuck. Therefore: End Good Checkout Good! A minimini deduction because you were minimally more expensive than the other provider ... but it pays off if I do not strain my nerves and time even more as with the other provider.

Everything was done right - from consulting to training, we felt completely at ease. Special thanks go to the colleagues from support. It was certainly not always easy with me when they had to explain something twice. But everything worked out, you were patient with me and I am now super satisfied with the cash register!!!!!. Keep it up guys :-)))

By chance, I found the offer from Heimpel on the Internet. The time for a decision was short, because of TSE, end of year, etc. Cheaper solutions were not available, were unserious or had a hitch (e.g. price per user). When the decision for Heimpel was made, some sleepless nights followed. But the miracle happened. The cash registers were delivered on time and are great. Our employees had already familiarized themselves with them on the first day. The telephone support, also with TeamViewer, is simply super, nice and competent. And then I also found valuable videos on YouTube. My initial worries are completely gone. Satisfied employees, amazed customers and envious competitors. What more could you want! Conclusion: highly recommended - keep it up!!!

Great all-in-one POS solution with integrated receipt printer and card reader. Visually very appealing and super modern. In addition, a really good customer service is offered! Fast and friendly support for any questions that arise. Even after the purchase, you continue to get great support for any subsequent change requests.
