In 2022–2023, I took both 8 one-on-one sessions with Sina and a few group sessions online, and I always looked forward to the sessions.
The one-on-one sessions, in particular, were irreplaceable—they provided a really good, comfortable setting and space, and worked great online. But what’s most important to me is that it helped me make long-term progress—not just with my skin, but also with my overall well-being:; I now build in more breathing room into my busy days, take short breaks after great events and get-togethers, and simply check in with myself—using the Matrix Reimprinting method—whenever I have a vague negative feeling and want to figure out what’s on my mind.
I highly recommend one-on-one sessions with Sina and suggest that you give it a try and approach it with the mindset of figuring out for yourself which aspects and techniques are valuable to you. I believe there’s something for everyone. For me personally, the group discussions didn’t help me much because I found myself worrying too much about the other participants, but others are probably better at setting boundaries.

The Skin Picking Seminar really touched me. The whole topic has resonated with me for years. Sina was incredibly clear and organized—a great presentation. I really appreciated her honesty. Surprisingly, I found myself relating to so many parts of it. As I listened, I kept reflecting and realized how important it is to finally really confront this issue. That’s exactly why I signed up for the online course afterward. It’s incredible how much trust you need with a topic like this to take action and make a change—and it all comes down to you. I was there at the start of the online course on skin picking. Sina created the content week by week, we gave feedback and practiced diligently. The course is very lovingly designed and comprehensive. Everything you need to know as a total beginner about meridian tapping and matrix reimprinting is explained, and where I was unsure whether I was doing it right. After about four weeks, I felt that I was beginning to understand more and more why tapping helps. My everyday life has changed emotionally since then, my daily routine is different, my mind is calmer, and I have more time for other things that I didn't have time for before because of too much skin picking. Overall, my skin has improved. If you really want to start changing something about yourself, Sina is the right person to help you. I think it's great that she has taken up this topic and wants to help others. It worked for me, but of course I don't know how it is for others. Thank you!

The course has now been over for two weeks. Unfortunately, my skin picking hasn't completely disappeared yet, but it has become significantly less compared to the months before. I am now also much more aware of how I deal with it. This new awareness alone makes a big difference to my everyday life. I notice my triggers more quickly and can consciously counteract them more often, which is already a noticeable improvement for me.
I found the clear basic structure of the course particularly helpful. The many concrete examples made it easy to implement the content directly in everyday life.

For me, the coaching with Sina made a lasting difference. The technique was unusual for me at first, but also totally exciting. I learned a lot about myself and the insights still influence my everyday life from time to time. I always had the feeling that it was all about me as an individual, that I was allowed to have my own insights and that I wasn't being handed something from a textbook. Therefore, a clear recommendation!

I have been taking Sina's online course for a little over two months now and I am absolutely thrilled! For the first time in my life I feel really understood! I have suffered from skin picking since I was a child and have tried everything to stop it over the last few years. Unfortunately, nothing has helped. So I started the course accordingly skeptical. At the beginning we were asked to take photos of our current skin condition and I also made a note of how many wounds I had at the time (50 skin patches in total, mainly on my legs and arms). Since then, I have read the course content every week and practiced the exercises. A few days ago I took new photos to document the changes and counted the skin areas: There are just 3 more!!! I would not have thought such an improvement in such a short time possible. The crazy thing is that I didn't even notice this change myself, it happened gradually and almost incidentally. So it can actually feel easy to face up to this big issue: Absolutely mind-blowing for me, because previous attempts were associated with effort and stress.
I'm looking forward to the rest of the online program and am infinitely grateful to have found Sina.

It was so surprising where I got to with my topic of shame together with Sina in Matrix Reimprinting: To my birth! Unbelievable!!! In the end I tapped my mother and even myself in her womb! And then I was allowed to reimprint my birth again and since then I have been in daily contact with this secure feeling of arrival. A wonderful experience!!!!

The individual session with Sina was just great and did me an incredible amount of good!

I was able to let my topics and thoughts run free without being pushed in any direction. On the contrary, Sina kept giving me new food for thought by asking me questions, which I had never had before when I was tapping on my own. That was super helpful.
I got much deeper into some topics and can only recommend individual sessions with her!
What is also always incredibly helpful for me personally is that Sina completely understands the whole topic of "skin picking" and gives you hope. That's incredibly good and spurs you on to believe that tapping really helps.
After the session I felt super relieved and am now full of energy to continue.

I found the introductory workshop super helpful. Sina kept encouraging us that it is possible to overcome skin picking and showed us how EFT can help to process everyday situations.

I already knew most of it and I found the technical problems very annoying. Unfortunately, this past thing is not for me as I hardly remember it and don't think it makes sense as it's over.

I have been suffering from skin picking for over 25 years and have tried many things in that time. Curious about her approach, her story and her method, I signed up for Sina's workshop. The workshop was insightful, informative, helpful and professionally organized. I was particularly impressed that Sina was able to heal skin picking for herself. I like her down-to-earth approach.

Her technique starts exactly where the emotions originated and are still stuck today - in the body. She releases them gently and effectively without the need for years of talk therapy, which in my case never brought the desired results. I took a lot away from the workshop and would very much like to seek further support from her in the future.

I heartily recommend Sina and her work to anyone who is looking for a real way out of skin picking.

PS: German health insurance companies are not interested in true healing and unfortunately do not pay for this type of method. But what I like about Sina anyway is that she calls on people to really take responsibility for their own healing and to let go of the victim role.
