2 sessions. I've been smoke-free for over 2 years now. I've never managed to stay smoke-free for this long before. The MP3s are helping me stay on track in ways I never would have imagined.

I have now had 3 sessions with Axel. Even after the first session, I didn't care about rolls, bread and pasta. I eat much less and only drink water and tea without sugar. At the beginning I didn't really notice the changes in my eating habits. It seems so natural. I've now lost over 10 kg. The hypnosis MP3 is a real help. I can warmly recommend Axel to anyone who wants to lose weight.

Mr. Hombach is definitely recommendable: I can only advise every student to turn to him in order to fully exploit their learning potential.
I can well imagine that he can also be a valuable support in many other areas of life.

Thank you very much for this great self-hypnosis course. It was actually four courses in one: hypnosis basics, hypnosis language, creating hypnosis scripts, basics of audio recordings. We are even sent the hypnoses that we have recorded in the course so that we have an orientation for our own hypnosis.

In this self-hypnosis workshop, Axel Hombach taught much more practice-oriented content and possible behaviors in the two days than I had expected. Very good value for money. Highly recommended!

What I particularly liked about the self-hypnosis training was the practical relevance, the relaxed atmosphere, the solution approaches, aha moments :-), even spontaneous points were dealt with very well. Very well organized process.

What I particularly liked about the self-hypnosis course was the good atmosphere and the fun, the practical relevance and the response to questions. Very lively, lots of content. The trainer was extremely flexible and responded sensitively to the personal concerns of the participants.

I recently bumped into Mr. Hombach and we got talking. He even remembered me. He asked me to write a review here, which I am very happy to do.

I went to him in 2016 to stop smoking. We had two sessions. Since then, I don't give a damn about smoking. I crumpled up my pack of cigarettes during the session, walked out and that was it. Since then I have had zero interest in smoking. The MP3 helped me a lot. I bought it back then for 350€. I see it's now included in the price. I had done non-smoking hypnosis before, but Mr. Hombach had a completely different energy behind it.

I can highly recommend hypnosis with Mr. Hombach.
