I myself have successfully stopped smoking with "mass hypnosis" in a hall with the side effect of gaining 15 kilos. Another "mass hypnosis" in the field of weight loss, unfortunately, did not bring anything.
All and really All common diets I have tried and the problem was in my opinion not the food, but some blockade, everything was only about decreases and which diet will be completed next unsuccessfully.
In search of salvation from the spiral I landed on the page of Christian Schmidt and the method "Simpson Protocol" among others for weight loss.
Mr. Schmidt explained the method to me in detail and asked me the "right" questions about my topic and also explained the difference between Hypnosis for All and Individual Hypnosis.
In a nutshell ... I felt very comfortable and was able to open up to the method very quickly and was there at all times, not a will-less something, but a conscious, relaxed person. After the first appointment I already felt a change in me and already after the 2nd appointment I made a complete change in my diet. I like to move regularly, food is good but not THE big issue as before and I lost about 2.5 kilos within 8 days (before I was moving in the range of 400 grams a week).
Hypnosis is an important factor but it also takes some willpower. I also stick to "rules" for example no sugar, no alcohol and drink a lot of water. But through hypnosis it is easy for me to keep the rules. Hypnosis does not conjure up weight loss, but it helps to be consistent and relaxed.
Conclusion: 100% recommend. Mr. Schmidt is empathetic and very competent. I am already looking forward to the next appointment and the exciting things afterwards.
