The answering of questions is very competent and a solution is always sought if the answer was not immediately available. Competent, reliable and very individual advice, which was 100% adapted to my personal situation and needs. Even in difficult situations, the father-son team always had a solution ready, which would certainly not have been possible for me without the good support. Hypofact Düsseldorf-Neuss offers an all-round support (determination of the best financing options, discussion of the purchase contract and the loan agreements, reminder of documents that have to be submitted, accompaniment to the notary appointment and much more), which does not end after the conclusion of the purchase contract, but also accompanies me through all further steps of the purchase procedure. I would turn to Mr. Tasch-Schott and son again at any time. Unconditional recommendation!

The Hypofact team supported us from the beginning and helped us in every way, be it first of all to find the most favorable loan, to discuss our purchase contract with us (before the notary appointment) so that we understood everything exactly and they were also present at the notary appointment (Of course also at the appointment with the bank). This saved us a lot of work and paperwork and even after the house purchase was completed, we were able to send them the "old" insurances etc. of the house so that they could let us know if the insurance was a reasonable price or if we could possibly find a better alternative. In summary, really a great father-son team with top-notch advice!

We were more than very satisfied with Mr. Tasch-Schott as a person, he is very sympathetic and open to the concerns of his customers. He communicates and explains options and offers clearly. Even if there were other questions around the purchase, he was always available and helped as much as he could. This is the second time we have financed with his assistance and would do it again anytime.

Among other things, Mr. Oskar Tasch advised us very well years ago on the purchase of a new commercial property with foresight and competence and contributed intensively to the conclusion with his expertise.
Furthermore, he provided us with advice and assistance in the refinancing of an existing property.
With his friendly manner and his personal commitment, he always gives his customers the impression of a competent advisor with whom they know they are in good hands.
In the meantime, he has passed on his expertise to his son, who also made a competent impression on us during our first joint discussions.
