The training is excellently structured and well thought out. Participants can work through the basics at their own pace, which is definitely important for working mothers/fathers.
I was often unable to attend the calls, but I read and commented a lot in the group. There is also a pool of documents available, which is very helpful when you start with the practical part.
Inga Ahlers has a wealth of knowledge beyond the area of "sleep" and is very well networked, from which the participants can also benefit.
