Seit mehreren Jahren hält mich Ingas Training fit und beweglich. Ob Pilates, Bodyworkout oder das entspannende Stretching - alles macht bei Inga Spaß und sie geht auf alle Teilnehmenden individuell ein.
Das online-Training macht das Mitmachen unkompliziert, da die Matte schnell und überall ausgerollt werden kann. Dabei beobachtet Inga die Übungen genau und gibt Hilfestellungen. Als kleines Bonbon obendrauf ist auch ihre Musikauswahl gut undabwechslungsreich. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I did the 6 week summer fit challenge with Inga. Everything online and it was perfect. Inga was always there, even if there were small sags, the solution and support came immediately. It was all easy to implement and is great to integrate into everyday life. I was especially interested in the topic of hormone-friendly nutrition and was competently supported and advised by Inga. Many thanks dear Inga!

Inga's professional workout makes you happy and fit. After her workout consisting of the three parts warm up, training and stretching, I feel wonderful every time and my mood is fantastic. The online classes are varied, super practical and yet you train in a group and Inga corrects a wrong posture immediately.
I give her six smiling stars.

Training with Inga is a lot of fun and really varied. Thanks to the "short" journey to the gym at home, the appointments are super compatible with work and family. The regular training has improved my posture and thanks to the stretching inserts I'm no longer so tense. If you have health restrictions, Inga shows you alternatives, always has an open ear and always has good tips! I can only recommend the training!

Inga does a great body workout and Pilates. Her program is varied and always challenges us anew. She explains all the exercises in detail and always draws our attention to the correct execution and posture during the exercises. Since I've been training with Inga, I have a much better posture and no more tension in my back/neck.

I had the opportunity to get to know and test Inga's training program during a 14-day challenge.
She offers a varied training program that ranges from Pilates to an intensive body workout (BBP) - I worked up quite a sweat 😅 - to yoga.
Inga is structured, reliable and authentic, you can tell that she loves and lives what she does and teaches her clients.
Her extensive knowledge of nutrition has also provided me personally with many aha moments.
Inga accompanied me for a few weeks during an acute episode of my chronic illness and also supported me in the form of motivation and strengthening my positive mindset.
I personally discovered Pilates training for myself and thanks to Inga's commitment and individual support, I have managed to regain my physical balance.
I feel comfortable in my body again and trust it.
I'm definitely sticking with it!!! 🙏💪🧘🏻‍♀️

I don't know how she managed it... Inga has put a leash on my inner bastard and is now taking him for a walk ;-)
Her concept is fun, exhausting and you can see great results after a short time! The additional nutritional advice is useful and she gives tips that are suitable for everyday life and can also be incorporated into everyday family life. I'm very happy to have met Inga and I'll stay on the ball!

Inga is a very dedicated trainer who puts her heart and soul into her work. Before she starts training, she holds a personal consultation to determine the customer's goals and get an idea of their current circumstances and, of course, their state of health. The workout she creates is challenging but not overwhelming. If a program item causes pain or is not to your liking, she reacts quickly and modifies the training accordingly.
Thanks to the food tracking, she can see exactly to what extent the diet supports the goals set and provides help with plenty of time and explanations if necessary.
All in all, I feel that I am in very good hands with Inga and her calm and friendly manner!
