It is actually difficult for me to emphasize one point in particular, as everything from the initial contact to the commissioning was just right. I would like to mention the needs-based, patient consultation, where no one tried to talk us into anything. All agreed deadlines were met, thought was given to the project, the craftsmen were very sociable - not something to be taken for granted! Someone was always available or called back very promptly. Uncertainties - there were no problems - were resolved together. Super organized in the office. I was particularly impressed by the module installation just 5 days after I reported that the roof was ready. Innvolt was the only company in our new building that completed its work without any problems or noise! Let's hear it! A clear recommendation from me - any time again

Recommendation
After the conclusion of the purchase contract, I suddenly had to undergo a serious operation that could not be postponed. Unfortunately, I have not recovered from this operation to this day. The accompaniment of the construction measure, e.g. briefing in the locality etc., would not be possible.
Immediately I contacted the responsible employees of the company Innvolt, also the boss H. Schmidt. In repeated discussions (fmdl. and/or email) the PV plant on meunem house could still before the lining up OP in enterprise go.
This was made possible by the cooperation of all those involved in the construction. For this my warmest thanks.
The plant is in operation since 05.07.2023 and runs perfectly.

Recommendation
We would recommend the company Innvolt to others. There were a few longer waiting times in some cases. However, this is understandable in the current situation with supply bottlenecks. Two systems were ordered, which are now running perfectly. There were several points to clarify regarding installation, which were always clarified competently and satisfactorily. We will gladly commission Innvolt again for further projects.

Installation was unfortunately delayed due to the Wahrenlieferung, so should reschedule all appointments. Sometimes at short notice, but that was my desire to install as soon as possible. All team was friendly, always nicely cleaned up, no garbage hintelassen. El clarified what was happening and needed why. Wiring was nicely optimized. The last team (electrician) checked every part and matched nicely. In the end everything was fit. Thanks!

Very good first and, after requests for changes on my part, also second consultation with an offer, which we gladly accepted after a price comparison.
Between the signing of the contract and the start of installation, there were 7 months due to longer delivery times for modules and inverters. This was pointed out to us before signing the contract.
Installation and commissioning then took place quickly and in good quality.
My many questions and comments were always answered in a friendly manner.

We particularly liked the fact that Innvolt took care of everything, especially the registrations with Bayernwerk and the Federal Network Agency.
The appointments were made very quickly. Questions were answered quickly, and the employees are very friendly and courteous.
Five months after signing the contract, everything was fixed and ready. The plant is running very well, and the online monitoring is very informative.

The delivery of the storage tank was on schedule. Unfortunately, assembly and commissioning dragged on for several weeks. I received the final invoice twice quickly although the system was not yet in operation and also still shows deficiencies in app transmission! A better approach to their subcontractors with their office would be desirable.
