I can recommend!

We only worked with headhunters before working with IBC, we used recommendations and our network as well.

We were able to fill a position we had been having problems with for 5 months within 6 weeks with IBC through social media. We will definitely advertise further positions through IBC in the future.

Recommendation
Before we started working with IBC, we mostly used headhunters or specialized intermediaries and paid 8000-9000 Euro per recruitment. With IBC we pay a fixed flat rate and can hire unlimited people without any extra charges. Especially for us (we continuously hire 2-4 people per month) this is extremely profitable and we could optimize our recruiting costs significantly.

Unbelievable what knowledge the guys have and with what ease they take you from A to Z in the social media world. At first I thought it was worth a try and started promptly. However, after a very short time I had to stop my advertising campaign because I had 28 applicants within 4 weeks.

Pro: The cooperation with IBC GmbH is very professional, after an initial skepticism all doubts have evaporated their performance promise has been fully met. We were able to fill our positions according to plan, clear recommendation!

Contra: In the customer service there were partly communication problems in the implementation and support of the campaign.

Top support, everyone is extremely patient, helpful and quick in giving feedback regarding the recruiting process. We were able to hire 2 Node.js software developers within 7 weeks.

IBC's process is extremely good if you can hire multiple people on one profile at once.

From the first phone conversation with Mr. Müller and Mr. Pugliese at Zoom, I felt very comfortable. A very good and professional social recruiting agency. The processes are very structured and organized, so that a prompt, qualitative implementation is guaranteed. We were able to fill the assigned positions within 5 weeks already.

What I would still like to see: Partially more transparency regarding KPI's, so that we can better understand the optimizations and progressions.

We can highly recommend IBC. It's a great concept that has helped us grow a lot. I constantly get 2-3 applications a day for the permanent searches and have a new, structured recruiting process that takes a lot of effort out of our daily routine.

Support: extensive, no questions remain unanswered, within a few hours you always have an answer.
