I bought my dream car from Ivancan ! A Mazda ! Top car!! It leaves nothing to be desired and is visually an absolute highlight.
I was very friendly and very very well advised!
Mr. Ielapi has taken a lot of time and has responded to all questions and wishes. He is very friendly, open and honest! The transaction with him went great - according to plan, uncomplicated and on time.
I felt at all times in good hands and very well bearaten and cared for. Any time I come back gladly and can anyone who is looking for a great car the car dealership Ivancan only warmly recommended! Thank you very much for everything!

Hyundai Ivancan, in particular Mr. Klapdohr have accompanied us competently and friendly during the entire purchase process. During the vehicle handover, Mr. Klapdohr took a lot of time and supported us in applying for the BAFA premium. Even after taking delivery of the vehicle, the response to queries was quick and helpful.

We have felt super well looked after at all times with and by Ivancan. Mr. Klapdohr has done a super job from the contact to the pickup of the vehicle (6 of 5 stars). Customer orientation, a high degree of service, competence, friendly and obliging in appearance characterize the working method of Mr. Klapdohr. Mr. Klapdohr understood it very well to explain the new technology around the car very well (also for less technology affine customers). Thank you for this.
All in all a great experience and light years away from experiences in other car dealerships.

As a native English speaker with limited German, I was worried about how hard it would be to be able to navigate a car purchase. I had looked around at a few places and the communication had not been up to standard where I felt comfortable with signing a contract, until I came to Ivancan and spoke with Marcus Klapdohr. When I arrived for my appointment, he was prepared with offers that we had previously talked about on Car Wow and he talked through everything with me, translating everything that was important. After agreeing to a car, Marcus kept in contact and sorted everything out that needed to be sorted with the upmost professionalism - he really made the whole process stress-free and I felt extremely supported. Thanks so much Marcus and Ivancan! Would highly recommend for English speakers. The car is also living up to its expectations and I am extremely happy with my choice.

The experience was very pleasant, Mr Klapdohr was very polite, answered all my questions and took care of everything. The car was delivered earlier than specified in the contract which impressed me a lot.
