About 10 years ago, I visited three very different "laboratories" within a few months, not out of professional but purely private motivation. "Seminar" is only a partial description. It goes very deep and changes a lot-at least it did for me. Among other things, it's about really, honestly and radically taking responsibility for one's actions (for oneself and for the group) and one's feelings for that period of time. So I thought before that I would do that long ago, but there I was taught better. It was only there that I realized how much I was unconsciously entangled and trapped in victim-perpetrator thinking. Just this attempt by everyone creates the possibility of a really responsible togetherness, a lived different kind of culture, which is very beneficial - sometimes unsettling, sometimes unfamiliar, because it is much easier to blame others and to see oneself as a victim than to take responsibility in a deep and this way. It was amazing because each group was different, the people different, but each time you quickly became familiar with each other - because of what you are and show, not from your vita or narratives. At the same time, there is no pressure: everyone is responsible for deciding for themselves how far they want to go, how much they want to show or not. Jonathan holds the frame quite wonderfully, it is definitely a strength of his. He fully engages with each person and each group, touches through his actions and allows himself to be touched. A protected atmosphere and space was created in which one can let oneself fall and open up (if one wants to). Even after a long time I still benefit from it, because it has definitely changed my inner attitude and some of the impulses from that time are still helpful for me today. Thank you for that, Jonathan! Anne
