I was alone and in vain for about a year looking for employees for my property management. My own ad in the social media, notices, job ads at the employment office and word of mouth brought nothing. Then I hired Jan. He was at our company and conducted interviews with me and my employees and produced an image/introduction video. This was then published on our own landing page. Through targeted ads on Facebook and through an effective funnel, I was able to reach out to over 15 applicants within 2 weeks and pick the best ones for our company.
Jan was available at all times during this period and immediately took care of questions and "little problems". On the whole, however, almost everything went without my intervention.
