Dear Ms Wiessmann,
Unemployment develops a certain, progressively demotivating momentum of its own and changes the person affected. This situation, which I was not used to, made me "no longer see the forest for the trees". Without orientation, one does not get ahead oneself and help from the outside is necessary.
I very much appreciate the protected space you offered me, so that I could confide in you my thoughts, fears and worries. And finally, you have sensitively unraveled these thoughts and given me a structure that I can deal with in my search for my professional niche.
Applying for a job has obviously become a complex process that goes well beyond simply writing a resume and cover letter. After 24 years, without the need to offer myself on the job market and to be seen there, this development has passed me by and the update received is invaluable.
Her friendly, honest and appreciative manner, in the matter at the same time critical openness has helped me very much to recognize and accept my own profile with merits and deficits. With the newly developed CV I can now be seen, especially because I recognize myself there.
During the coaching, you sharpened my view - to stay with the metaphor of the forest - to see the individual trees and to recognize the forest as such.
With this reorientation, I can now confidently continue my path in and through this forest to find my professional niche.
Many thanks for this!
Jens Zeitvogel
