I have come to know Karin Wiessmann as a very competent, dedicated and motivating couch. My lawyer had recommended her to me after a complicated legal dispute with my employer started. From our first meeting, I was impressed by the attention she paid to me. A welcome greeting was written large on a flip chart and due to the very relaxing atmosphere she spread, it was very easy for me to talk to Ms. Wiesmann about the problems in the company. Since she herself was a manager in the industry, she was very good at looking at the problems from the employer's side as well. She then suggested improvements, both in terms of my dealings with colleagues and superiors, and in terms of communication at the written level. Here, Ms. Wiessman is tireless, because in addition to her willingness to proofread specially written emails with the background of improving the interpersonal relationship and work performance qualitatively, she also sends proofreading letters late in the evening, or on weekends in the most beautiful weather. Well, I have accepted her advice and these things have met with such a positive response from my employer that he even made suggestions as to what else I could talk through with Ms. Wiessman in order to continue to steer my development in the company in a positive direction. Despite all this, however, she does not neglect the necessary caution. She always points out the dangers that can creep in if you run the risk of getting stuck in your old rut again.
Mrs. Wiessmann is also very curious - in a positive sense. If one has been prepared by her for an event, she also asks to be notified of the outcome by phone and or in writing. She usually answers within 6 hours.
If you have a couch appointment with her, you have to watch the clock yourself if you want to go home on time, because you sit with her until everything is settled.
I already have a guilty conscience here, because she often overruns with me without charging me for this extra time.
But Ms. Wiessman is not only approachable for professional problems, she also has an open ear when things are not going very well in the family or with one's own health. You can talk to Mrs. Wiessman about anything. I wish that she herself has such nice and useful conversation partners in her life as she is.
