Our expectations of the entire sales process were far exceeded by the absolute professionalism of Mr. Krüger of Kensington Finest Properties. We say thank you to this very friendly and above and beyond committed broker. Mr. Krüger was at our side at all times and also in special situations with goal-oriented and effective suggestions for solutions. We were always informed by him about the current progress. From the placing of the order to the notarial certification and also beyond that we felt in trustful hands at the side of Mr. Krüger. In all processes he was very well prepared. The exposé was presented very attractively and with the most modern photo-documentary methods. Due to Mr. Krüger's manifold technical qualifications and certifications, a realistic and transparent property valuation was carried out by him. Thus, a successful result could be achieved for all parties involved in the shortest possible time.

As an owner, I can only recommend Mr. Brian Kruger of Kensington Real Estate to anyone planning to sell their property. He is very professional and experienced and was very prepared at all times. The pre-selection from prospective buyers for the viewing was fabulous. He was very appreciative and well structured coordinating the appointments. In the end, I even achieved a slightly higher sales price than expected due to the high demand. I had discussions with several realtors for the marketing and could not have made a better decision with Mr. Krüger. One of the few bright spots in the brokerage profession. Absolute professionalism, from the first appointment of the market-driven valuation of our home, to the notary and the subsequent handover, which was also seriously accompanied with protocol! The most important thing for us in this sales process was that this is done discreetly and silently, also here Mr. Krüger had met our expectations 100%. Here, among other things, marketing strategies of the 360 ° virtual tour were used, on this basis was already very well preselected in advance.
