Only a few days passed before the appointment. Time was taken to build up a solid conversation. In my case, it was about the classic traffic accident in the city. At the beginning the situation looked bad for me. With the service provided here, my innocence was proven 100%. Anyone who is in an apparent predicament can feel well taken care of here.

Here I was very disappointed because I was made false promises from the beginning this was not even admitted afterwards and I was threatened at the end that I would have to pay for the appraisal itself.
From my point of view not acceptable and absolutely not recommended.

the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. So we are always pleased to receive feedback and experience reports from our customers. Of course, constructive criticism is also important. This helps us to further improve our services.

As a matter of principle, we recommend hiring an independent expert and a lawyer for all motor vehicle liability claims.
This recommendation can be found - apart from insurers, of course - in many places on the Internet.

Unfortunately, you have now initially tried to settle your claim with the opposing insurance company on your own without professional support. The opposing insurance company has accordingly commissioned an expert. This expert, commissioned by the insurance company, then prepared an expert opinion with which the opposing insurance company was satisfied, but you were not.

Only afterwards did you ask us to help you in some way. Since, in our experience, it was to be feared that the opposing insurance company would not be prepared to pay further damages without further ado in view of your own expert opinion, which was drawn up with your consent, we also recommended that you consult a legal advisor.

However, you still wanted to continue to seek settlement yourself.

As requested, we then checked the expert opinion for errors. We were convinced that the replacement value in particular had been calculated incorrectly.
Accordingly, we prepared a corrected appraisal for you. However, the opposing insurance company continued to adhere to its own appraisal despite the presentation of our appraisal.

Now you have contacted us again and wanted us to clarify your claim with the insurance company. We cannot do this - there are lawyers for this.
And we are not allowed to do this either - there is the so-called Legal Services Act (with penalties of up to 50,000 €). We have already explained this to you.

Furthermore, in view of our expert opinion, the insurance company had comparatively agreed to pay you half of the disputed difference of the replacement value in the amount of 2000 €. Since you had no legal protection insurance and did not want to take any legal action, you accepted this proposal.

So you have received an additional 1000 € based on our expert opinion alone.

And a lawyer (especially in view of this aspect) would certainly also be able to enforce the costs of our (second) expert opinion with the opposing insurance company.

Regarding the costs of the expert opinion, it is regulated by law that the costs are paid by the opposing insurance company.

In this case, your problems are simply self-inflicted and your criticism is misplaced.

Next time you have an accident, hire an independent expert - please not us - and a lawyer. It would probably also make sense to take out legal protection insurance.
