I have already had the opportunity to experience many sales trainers, but so far no one has come close to Mr. Kienzle. Not only does he have an enormous amount of specialist knowledge and immense cross-industry experience as an expert, but he is also able to convey this very well to participants.
Unlike many others in the field, Mr. Kienzle responds immediately to the questions asked and is also happy to discuss these in the group. Regardless of the issue, he always has a suitable answer and solutions that are not just theoretical, but are tailored to the individual situation. This makes it permanently exciting for participants and makes it much easier to impart knowledge.
Likewise, Mr. Kienzle does not give dull frontal lectures with PowerPoint, on the contrary. He only uses slides when they are really necessary. Otherwise, the flipchart is his friend, on which he likes to visualize the spoken word again to make it understandable for the group, or on which he fixes participant questions thematically.
In addition to his outstanding technical aptitude, he not only makes his workshops/seminars very interactive through role plays or participant presentations where you can really learn a lot and finally be challenged yourself in this type of training, but also brings an ideal amount of humor, wit and fun to his training sessions. You can tell that he not only loves his job, but also really lives it!
For me, he is one of the few REALLY good trainers who really deliver what they promise: Turning participants from experts into persuaders!
