I got to know Wiebke through my employer's coaching program. The sessions with Wiebke were always very helpful for me, both in terms of general assistance on the topic of sales as well as personal issues around being in the company. Wiebke really convinced me with her experience and competence in the latter. She always managed to look at things from different perspectives and find a perfect solution for me, the company and everyone involved. I met Wiebke & Claudia through Climate-KIC accelerator program. It took me a while to understand the values we as a startup could tap into through Knickfigur team. In our case, we firstly worked with Wiebke on Conflict Solving and Mediation. This is a continues process but after the first few sessions the team structure was completely changed which was significantly beneficial if not vital for the company. On the other hand, we worked on our process and project management with Claudia which helped us find a structure we felt comfortable with.
After 3-4 months of cooperation with Knickfigur, I could open up on a personal level and ask Wiebke for guidance. As it turns out in order to manage a company, we need to first learn to manage ourselves. What a surprise! So that's my focus currently and I feel more than lucky having Wiebke as my coach. Wiebke is a real challenge. Depending on the requirements and situation, we worked with open question rounds or clearly guided processes. We have reconstructed and worked through processes, as well as developed future scenarios. After each session with her, you are totally exhausted, because she penetrates to the core with her questions. This intensive examination of us as a team has taken us a big step forward. As a startup, we were in a pretty messed-up situation and had already turned over every stone three times. Motivation was approaching zero, even though we actually had a roadmap.
