Definitely not recommended. I absolutely do not understand how all the good reviews come in here. This takes more of a call center with tax consulting license, not directly accessible, completely incompetent employees at least with which I had to do, hardly any feedback, and much more bad things. I have experienced absolutely NOTHING good and immediately terminated again
For an accountant I no longer have to make large payments! The price-performance ratio with Kontist is great! My accounting is now constantly up to date and I know what I have to pay the tax office. There were hardly any discrepancies! Great support included!!!

It's very hard to say to not recommend it to other people since it's the only viable options to address the specific needs of users like me. Yet the overall experience is pretty poor.

-Interface is not intuitive and you don't really get a sense of what duties you need to follow up on, if they are filing your taxes or not.
