KopterScan carries out precise thermographic flights of PV systems to make hotspots, cell damage, faulty connections or installation problems visible - quickly, safely and without direct contact with the system.
These aerial images provide valuable data on performance and safety, whether for acceptance after commissioning, before the warranty expires, for regular maintenance or for troubleshooting during operation.

Wind energy - inspections with vision
State-of-the-art drone technology is used to visually inspect wind turbines, especially rotor blades, nacelles and towers.
This allows cracks, erosion damage or soiling to be detected at an early stage - without costly shutdowns or the use of industrial climbers.
In future, KopterScan will also offer conductivity tests of the lightning protection system by drone in order to detect defects and interruptions in the discharge path at an early stage and further increase the safety of the system.

For industrial applications, KopterScan offers indoor flights to enable visual recordings and documentation in confined, inaccessible or safety-critical areas.
Using specially equipped drones, pipelines, shafts, suspended ceilings, hall roofs or production areas can be safely captured from the air - without having to enter or shut down the plant.
This produces detailed image and video data that enables precise condition assessment and planning.

KopterScan also offers real added value for private customers.
In addition to classic roof inspections and thermal imaging, photovoltaic systems on detached houses and apartment buildings in particular are regularly inspected in order to detect defects, hotspots or installation errors at an early stage.

The data collected is evaluated in detail and summarized in a technical report with documented errors and anomalies.
