Am meisten hat uns die entspannte Atmosphäre mit ihrerseits fragenden und zielführenden Gesprächen beeindruckt. Als Neulinge in diesem Gebiet wussten wir nicht was uns erwartet aber wurden positiv überrascht. Persönlich denke ich, trägt Frau Klengel bei, jede Gemeinschaft/ Arbeitsteam zu stärkeren und zu optimieren im Gespräch miteinander.

Kristin hat mir geholfen, den Fokus weg vom Problem, hin zur Ursache zu richten, um diese dann strukturiert zu analysieren und zu bearbeiten. Speziell die angewandten Methoden und der neutrale Perspektivenwechsel haben bei mir dazu geführt, dass ich mit klaren und neuen Gedanken meine beruflichen und privaten Themen lösen konnte.
