We have been using Ky2help in our company for about 1.5 years now and are very satisfied. From the customer's point of view, the software is intuitive to use and yet offers the system administrator a lot of freedom in designing the system and processes. Kyberna is constantly developing the software and is open to requests and suggestions. In case of problems and queries, an employee is always available.

We are absolutely satisfied with the tool, the provider KYBERNA and the entire service. Already during the project phase, we were convinced by the family-like relationship with the Liechtenstein company. Absolutely recommendable, because here you have a contact person 100% in German. Above all, the ability to access all data from anywhere and to always have access to the same desktop, whether from home or from different PCs in the office, makes our work much easier. Especially in the current situation with many employees in the home office, these are functions that are very important for us.

can not login desftern ,appears the message with the desktop....
If in the morning at 7 o'clock this message appears, I must wait until the help desk is present at 8 o'clock!
If I lock my PC, it takes a very long time until my login is locked.
