Die schönste und spaßigste Sportart, die ich in meinem Leben gemacht habe, und das waren schon einige!
Mit Matthias Bruhn haben wir einen tollen sehr aufmerksamen Coach.
Ich freue mich, dass wir in dieser schwierigen Zeit (Corona) endlich wieder weitermachen können.

Ich trainiere seit ca. 5 Jahren mit Matthias. Ich fühle mich durch das Training stressresistenter und ausgeglichener. Da ich freitags trainiere, gehe ich stets mit guter Laune ins Wochenende. Es macht sehr viel Spaß seine eigenen Unfähigkeiten zu erkennen, darüber herzhaft zu lachen und den Erfolg zu erleben, wenn die Übung geschafft wurde.

Mit Neugier besuchte ich 2015 einen Schnupperkurs und bin nun seit 5 Jahren weiterhin mit sehr viel Freude dabei. Life Kinetik oder wie ich es nenne "die Kunst zu scheitern" ist eine wahre Freude fürs Gehirn ! Immer und immer wieder neue Herausforderung zu schaffen gelingt Matthias wirklich hervorragend. Die Kombination aus Bewegung und gleichzeitiger Hirnleistung wie Rechenaufgaben zu lösen oder auf Töne oder Zeichen zu reagieren ist einfach großartig und ein wirklicher Turbo fürs Gehirn. Vor allem die Corona Pause zeigt deutlich wie ich die Ausschüttung von Glückgefühlen vermisse. Hoffe es geht irgendwann wieder los....

Life-Kinetik macht einfach gute Laune....und dann den Alltag auch noch einfacher. Ich fühle mich wacher, kann Dinge schneller/einfacher umsetzen und das mit nur einer Stunde L-K pro Woche. Es lohnt sich, mal einen Kurs zu buchen. Achtung: Suchtgefahr :o)

Leider wird diese Maßnahme nicht von der Krankenkasse gestützt, so dass die Teilnahme leider sehr teuer ist.

Bin auch nach einem "langen Tag" noch gerne zu den Übungsstunden gegangen. Die Atmosphäre war immer sehr entspannt, die Übungen gleichzeitig aber anregend. Konnte und kann verschiedenste Übungen aus den Life Kinetik-Veranstaltungen von Matthias auch in anderen privaten Bereichen anwenden, z.B. bei meinem Fußballtraining. Sehr zu empfehlen!
