I took part in Linda's detox program and can recommend it with a clear conscience. I managed to get rid of bad habits and replace them with new good routines. Even a week after the end of the detox, I don't feel any cravings for sweets. And if it should happen again, I now have a few tricks to counteract it. The recipes are absolutely suitable for everyday use and delicious. I found the exchange in the Zoom calls and the WhatsApp group with Linda and my "fellow campaigners" particularly motivating. I really liked the fact that Linda is such a wonderful and warm person. She answered every question and saw each individual and responded to their needs. . She can motivate very well with her very warm manner. It was such a great experience for me and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

The morning motivational videos have enriched the week. There was an answer to every question. I no longer feel tired after the cure and am more mentally alert. Some recipes have made it into my diet.

Linda helped me with my fructose intolerance. I didn't know what else I could eat without having discomfort and Linda showed me many great alternatives and what to look for. In addition, she helped me make my diet healthier without much hassle. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the 6-month coaching and would recommend it to anyone who feels lost in the whole jungle of dietary recommendations. Linda was very attentive and professional with me! I had quite a bit of anxiety with the digestive tract in the beginning and often a bloated belly.
