Mr. Lüling is a very friendly, competent estate agent. He also clearly states what is possible and what is not. My family and I really appreciated that. I was very afraid of the whole sale and the whole process, but he guided us through it very confidently.
We were all very surprised by the super quick sale.
We would use him again and again.

We contacted Mr. Lüling because we had a condominium for sale in Emden but live in Hanover ourselves. From the very first telephone contact, we were immediately convinced that we had come to the right place. Apart from having to compile the necessary documents, we had no work or effort at all and achieved our goal very quickly, selling the apartment through Mr. Lüling's dedicated efforts. His work is absolutely professional and reliable.
Mr. Lüling is always friendly and completely trustworthy.
The fees for his excellent service can only be described as absolutely fair.
In conclusion, the only thing left to say is: It's a pity that we don't have another apartment to sell :-)

From the apartment inspection to the compilation of the documents, putting the object on the Internet and the inspection appointments to the notary appointment and the handover - very professional!
THANK YOU - for regular updates by @ and by phone about progress (or even regress...), so that we were always up to date and could "think along" accordingly.
I was impressed by your commitment, experience, expertise and perseverance to the good end of the successful sale - despite a large supply of "parent homes" for sale at the same time in the near and wider area!!!
