The metal parts we receive from Lungmetall are exactly as we need them. We wish there was more structured order management. Sometimes we wait more than 1.5 weeks for an order confirmation. We also sometimes have to follow up on delivery dates. I think this could be improved with simple organizational measures - especially since we often order the same parts.

Lungmetall is a company where personal contact is not neglected. The workshop management and their employees are always motivated and react as quickly as possible, even with SOS special orders. And if there is a mistake in the number of orders, it is quickly and unbureaucratically corrected. These positive characteristics also justify the not always favorable price. All in all, I was and am satisfied with Lungmetall and look forward to a continued good cooperation.
