The training was very well tailored to everyone's needs. Regardless of whether they already had management experience or not.

Herr Wittmann holt die Teilnehmer da ab wo sie sich trotz heterogener Gruppe bewegen. Das war Herr Wittmann schult, lebt er offensichtlich und ist dadurch absolut authentisch. Die geschulten Inhalte sind in Kombination mit den mitgegebenen Tools leicht und sofort umsetzbar. Meine Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen, gerade weil ich mich schon einige Jahre mit dem Thema Leadership auseinandersetze. Die klare Struktur der einzelnen Module sind leicht im Arbeitsalltag umzusetzen und führten zu bestem Feedback und Feedforward von meinen Angestellten und Trainern. In our company - Bühler Bettsysteme - we used the Reiss Motivation Profile to learn about the individual characteristics of life motives. There were one or two AHA moments in the process. Who would have thought what some of us have in us :-)
This profile is, after some time has passed, again and again a helpful instrument to train the mutual understanding. It has changed our communication and fostered community. I am very enthusiastic about the work and approach of Mr. Wittmann. I am happy to recommend him to anyone who wants to grow together in their team.

I am enthusiastic about his manner and methodology and am very much looking forward to the next modules of the Leaders Academy under his leadership! The modules are very well designed, goal-oriented and efficient. With the help of short videos, the scenes - e.g. with customers - are also implemented as a role play with the participants.
