We’ve already gained a lot of experience working with various contractors, and I was truly impressed by Fassnacht. We were on vacation, and when we came home, everything was just as it had been before—plus beautiful walls, baseboards, and so on. Everything was back in its place, and the work was done incredibly neatly. There really isn’t a single thing that didn’t turn out perfectly! It’s also worth noting how friendly and polite the staff are. My numerous requests were always met with understanding; nothing was a problem, and my paranoia about having to point out every little detail turned out to be completely unfounded. Finally, a truly wonderful experience. They also worked independently and responsibly—when they noticed that the ceiling had a few imperfections, they painted it right away. We were absolutely thrilled when we returned home! Thank you so much again!

I’m very pleased that a solution was found for this coating system, even though things didn’t go as planned. I’m really happy with the result, and I’m going to show the bathroom to all my friends, since they’re not familiar with coating systems at all and have only ever seen tiled bathrooms.
