It is remarkable that Mr. Fiederl approached us on his own initiative and advised us on better services at constant costs and arranged everything that was necessary.
The time spent on us was thus minimized. A real service. Incidentally, I never had the feeling of being pushed or persuaded to do anything. Honestly deserved 5 stars.

In the current case, an insurance change including cancellation was completed and I gave the broker order, but never saw the cancellation. Then the old insurer still debited premiums and then came the answer that the consulting service had nothing to do with the canceled insurance.
I think, however, that a consultation should not only include the conclusion, but also the comprehensibility of a cancellation.
This means that the advice was good, but there were gaps in the implementation.

I sent the cancellation to the insurer in due time. If the insurer is in arrears, it unfortunately takes time to process the cancellation.
