I felt very comfortable with Menovia throughout the entire application process. Very friendly and extremely professional. The communication was really pleasant. Menovia ideally fills the role of mediator between applicant and company. Answers to queries are received within a very short time. When I next change jobs, I would like to be looked after by Menovia again!

In the dialog, we not only succeeded in working out the match between the job description and my experience - as well as aspects that did not fit. Much more important for me was the deeper, more subjective level: Do my personal drivers match the decision-makers in the company and their values? How would the established players react to my appearance? How would it feel to pitch there? This also worked out very well and I experienced the exchange very openly, positively and also in mutual curiosity.
