I can subscribe to everything in the article. The only thing I miss is the timeline. With more than one management span or even locations, ONE kick-off may not be enough. You may need several ambassadors. Of course, you always have to keep at it, depending on the size of the organization, it takes time. LG Kai
From the perspective of a larger company, you are absolutely right. However, you always have to look at it on a case-by-case basis and see what is needed. In our experience, depending on the culture, such cultural development processes can now also be carried out (fully) digitally and then coordinated. This depends entirely on the objective and also on the results of the survey. In the case of KOSYS, which we describe as a case in the book, we are dealing with a smaller medium-sized company.
I was lucky enough to take part in a junior management training course at MERWERT GmbH and, in addition to many very good tools, I was also able to take away some important food for thought. Thank you also for the valuable individual advice and the right questions at the right time.
