The chemistry was right from the very first phone call. The office staff are friendly, helpful and competent. Our caregiver Ms. N. also gets 5 stars. She is extremely hard-working, thinks for herself and works independently. A "pearl" as she is written in the book.

I am more than satisfied with my caregiver Mrs. Richter. She is the good soul in our household. She is friendly, helpful and works very well. If I could give her 6 stars I would but she also more than deserves 5 stars. A very good employee!!!!!

At first, I found it very difficult to have someone in my apartment. When you've been living alone for many years, it's not easy. I had to get used to suddenly having someone help me with tasks that I could hardly manage on my own anymore. My daily helper Lynn was very empathetic, and step by step we built trust in each other. But I also hit the jackpot with my helper Lynn. I feel very well taken care of. To sum it up: Lynn has greatly enriched my life. Lynn is warm, very nice, hard-working, and punctual—simply great!!! A grateful customer!
