I am more than satisfied with my caregiver Mrs. Richter. She is the good soul in our household. She is friendly, helpful and works very well. If I could give her 6 stars I would but she also more than deserves 5 stars. A very good employee!!!!!

mkb is extremely conscientious with appointments and arrangements. The employees are very competent and provide detailed advice. The employee Antje Neu is also rated with 5 stars. She works independently and on her own responsibility. Can adapt to changes immediately and is always friendly and committed. You can tell that she enjoys her job.

We are very satisfied with the domestic helpers of mkb care and with the office team. There was only one home help who did not suit us because of her work attitude. Our request to send another person to us has been responded to very positively and very quickly. Such a situation has not occurred again.

it is said far too seldom: Thank you for the warm cooperation in the last 1.5 years ! I really appreciate the good social interaction, the appreciation that is shown to me.... I look forward to another day at mkb every time. There you always have an open ear..., find quick solutions !!!! Although I come from a completely different profession, I feel incredibly comfortable thanks to the team, the boss and of course the lovely people I love to work with every day. I have been working for this great company for 1 month, and so far I am very satisfied. The office staff do a great job, I can always get in touch with them if there are any questions. It is the same with our boss, always very friendly, helpful and always up to date. I just love this job, because I perceive many things completely different than before, the customers are also always very friendly and show their gratitude with a satisfied smile on their face.

Many people can not even imagine. What a great relief such a help in the household brings. It is only 2 hours a week, but I can still do some things myself. Many thanks, to the entire team of mkb betreuung! I am glad that my parents have now accepted the help, this was not so easy. In my experience, the older generation is afraid to accept help. But the lady you sent us was able to quickly convince my parents with her open manner. We are also positively surprised by their work management and can recommend the company without reservation. :-)

My mother's housekeeping help is really top! I live outside, so mkb care takes care of the most important. My mother loves your caregiver, she is always very happy when she comes. It was also important to me that the home help continues without interruption in case of illness or vacation. This works well. My mother also got along very well with the substitutes.
