I like that you get mouthguards, tests and Co. all on one page, so everything at "Coronabedarf". The delivery is always fast and often there is a package of gummy bears or similar, which I find a super nice gesture. You also often get a discount on the next order, which I also like. Order again and again there!
Delivery took place only 3 weeks after alleged successful shipment. Feedback because of wrong shipment number came only after 3 inquiries and threat of Paypal case opening.
Inquiries and change requests were not responded to with a word. So far I was always satisfied but after this experience I will probably order my next masks elsewhere.
I have problems with the delivery and can not reach anyone for a week on the hotline and contact form.
Everything around was fine, a previous order also ran flawlessly. Now, however, the worm is in it and I get no info.
Customer service therefore really bad at the moment.
We are very satisfied with the masks. Also our customers, from on ins Viertel city tours, who had forgotten their own masks from time to time during our tours in Düsseldorf - or had lost them on the way, were very enthusiastic about the quality of the masks.
The service is also very on the ball!

Everything worked out very well. The disposable masks dark blue correspond exactly to the item description or the photo. They look very nice, sit very well, are in addition still stable and yet soft and also do not smell unpleasant. And the price for the disposable masks is really more than fair. The delivery was also on time as announced. I am super satisfied, so there is from me a "highly recommended"!!!
Unfortunately, I had to send a total of 3 emails to finally get a response to a complaint request. I have never experienced this before.
I hope never to need tests etc. again and would then just buy somewhere else!
