We have received at garbage can of a 4 garbage can box as well as a bicycle box with special dimensions. The order processing was unexpectedly personal with a lot of telephone contact. The company was very accommodating with regard to special dimensions and a delivery date that could not yet be determined.
From order to delivery, everything went very well and the products make a high-quality, durable impression - as far as we can judge after a few weeks.
The only point of criticism are the terms and conditions of the company. There it is pointed out that the delivery is made without shipping insurance. I find that problematic for several 1000 euros worth of goods. Furthermore, one should unpack upon delivery in the presence of the carrier and check the goods for shipping damage.
This is simply not possible. No forwarding agent waits that long and with our 3 packages the careful unpacking took a good hour.
So here is quite clearly a regulation made, which is not feasible in reality.
From the very good packaging then also resulted in a lot of plastic waste (as well as paper waste and disposable pallets).
Perhaps one can start here for the customer and develop a safe, more sustainable shipping solution.

The shipment is of course always with shipping insurance, however, without the assistance of the customer, no recourse to the shipping company in case of transport damage is possible if this is not noted.
Because this refers to " a delivery cash pure receipt" and assumes that the damage then occurred only after receipt of the goods at the customer.
So we would be left sitting on many damages, therefore the sensitization of the inspection of the goods and damage note via our shipping notice.
