NLP Akademie Kiel

I completed the Practitioner and the Master at the NLP Academy Kiel. The seminars were varied. The theoretical part was visualized with well-drawn flipchats and exercises/formats were worked out in small groups. A comprehensive script with various formats and exercises for self-reflection was provided. I particularly liked the fact that Mr. Hansen was also easy to reach between the seminars. I took a lot from the course and recommend the NLP Academy to others.

NLP Master Course - after the Practitioner I continued my NLP journey directly. The Master's course is challenging and supportive at the same time and a highlight for anyone who wants to develop their NLP skills comprehensively. I particularly like the humanistic attitude that we were taught. For me, another important aspect of this course is the positive impact it has had on my leadership. The techniques I have learned and the in-depth understanding of interpersonal dynamics help to improve my management style, which ultimately benefits everyone involved in the company and also the customers. These skills make it possible to communicate more effectively, resolve conflicts constructively and create a motivating working environment. Guenther Hansen's support, especially at the end with regard to the degree and the Master's thesis, was extremely helpful. Conclusion: The Master's course was a valuable investment in my professional and private future. Many thanks for that!

It was a very valuable journey and I am excited about my future with NLP

The comprehensive script and the training support are very valuable to me. The training takes place in a calm and professional atmosphere. With the NLP Master training, my communication and my appearance as a manager have reached a new level. I learned many methods during the training that are also very useful to me in everyday life and bring great added value. In my personal development, I have taken another big step through NLP, and especially through the Master's training :)

I got what I had hoped for. A very experienced and competent trainer who gave me a comprehensive insight into the world of NLP. I will be able to successfully use the presented basic assumptions and formats of NLP for my professional activities as well as for my personal development. I experienced positively in particular the high practical part of this training, through which the effect of NLP was "personally tangible" from the beginning.

Personally, I find that I have been shown a hell of a lot of "tools", "ways", "methods" to tackle things/situations etc. that I have not managed or achieved before.

I decided to do the Practitioner training because I wanted to develop myself personally. I especially liked that I got a comprehensive script on all techniques and methods in NLP, I got to know great methods with which I have expanded my thinking and my choice of words very much. Since NLP is process oriented, it is like a great journey for me to go on..... From brain owner to brain user.

My expectations were exceeded! I was not aware how NLP enriches me! The instructor has conveyed it super understandable. But that is also to be expected from an NLP'er! I would do it again and again and can only recommend it to anyone who is open to it and seriously interested in this topic! Be curious about what you perceive after this course in dealing with other people and how different you .....mehr I do not reveal

After the Practitioner, I will also seamlessly complete the Master here. The trainer was always available via email and WhatsApp between the modules and was always available with help and advice. The knowledge transfer was well-founded and structured, the many years of experience is noticeable. The "journey" so far has already been insightful and very helpful for the consulting practice and communicative life. I look forward to the continuation!

I especially liked the numerous explanations in case of follow-up questions: The exemplary variety of expression and examples of the seminar leader contributed very well to personal understanding and thus to individual insight. I participated in the NLP Master Training in Kiel in 2022/2023. Our teaching trainer Günther Hansen answered questions between the training dates and in the time during the master thesis quickly and helped me to stay on the ball with his tips and encouragement/reminders. His working materials were and are helpful for me as a guide to apply the diverse NLP techniques.

I enjoyed the NLP Master training very much. Mr. Hansen's flipcharts are very appealing and allow for quick absorption of the content.
