An absolutely interesting and valuable lecture (impulse) for all those who think they have no or only little stress, and for all those who think they have too much stress. Right at the beginning, we learn why a stress situation is actually triggered in our body and what it is good for - the answer to this is highly interesting.
Christine Olivier leads one here, with her calm factual and at the same time cheering up kind, relatively fast by simple very interesting examples to thinking and reconsidering the everyday actual situations both in the professional life and in the private life. A clear recommendation to participate in one of these "impulse lecture stress", which she carried out excellently.

Christine helped my team and I with 3 sessions about stress.
An overall presentation about stress, introduction to Time Management and then she facilitated 2 workshops.
The overall presentation about stress gave a really good understanding about there can be both positive and negative stress. Christine also shared great illustrations explaining the different states of stress.
The Time Management also gave a super good understanding of people normally only plan stress increasing activities in their calendars. Christine showed us how we could change this so it also included stress decreasing activities.
Last but not least Christine facilitated 2 workshops regarding stress contributors. This was really an eye-opener for my and my team. It was great workshops learning about what you need to remind yourself of within you individual stress contributors. Really interesting.
It has been a pleasure to work with Christine, and we had some really good discussions and dialogs in between the sessions about planning the right things for my team. I really felt how passionate Christine is about the stress and helps others. It has been so inspiring to work with Christine.

Christine had a very calm and professional way of presenting the information and leading the workshops. The only thing I could wish for more, was some help to get the discussions going in our team. It is, of course, a highly personal subject, but hearing how your coworkers feel about stress would have been very valuable, I think.

She gave something of herself which in my opinion is important - and we had great dialogues with her on different topics.
Opportunity for improvement: all in all the presentation still became a bit 'distant' from her when we talked theoretic models - meaning that she was 'relating to a theoretic model' - or explaining the logics by the theory and examples that are less 'her'. I think she could win the audience even more by having a few more 'personal' stories to throw into the framework presented - eg. on the stress stereotypes.
But she was great and still gets a clear 9/10 from my side!

I attended a stress management training led by Christine. It was memorable because the content of the training opened my eyes how I can detect the early warnings of the stress and how I can take steps to avoid that stress doesn't control my everyday life.
