I originally went to Oliver Lilienthal for support with professional issues. I came to him with a fair amount of skepticism because, as a young doctor, I was not interested in spiritual experience or guidance, but wanted to work on a specific problem. In the course of our work together, however, fundamental, profound issues very quickly became apparent and I realized how important they actually were for me. His method was clear, analytical and problem-oriented, without drifting into esotericism, but was still able to reveal central issues for me. I am very grateful for his help, the coaching has enriched my thinking and I can recommend him without reservation.
Oliver helped me a lot to identify and dissolve deep-seated thought patterns and beliefs, enabling me to overcome inner barriers. By helping me to explore and observe my thoughts and to see and consider my personal patterns, I not only rediscovered my self-efficacy, but also got back on a path where I could formulate goals for myself. I particularly appreciate his approach to encouraging unconventional thinking and opening up new perspectives, as well as his great empathy and extreme sensitivity to body language and inner emotions.
The conversations with him were always characterized by a relaxed, yet trusting dialogue, which was always funny and fun in between, but above all made me leave his practice with fresh energy and positive thoughts every time.

What can I say...thanks to Oliver, my year 2020, despite the current situation, has become the most intense and influential year. Thanks to him, I was able to use this turbulent year for me to get to know my inner forces and my own being closer and deeper. I was allowed to learn what it means to love without expecting anything in return, that the feelings we share with our environment are within us and that it only takes a change in our own perspective to solve tasks in our own environment. With his empathetic intuition, Oliver knows how to empathize with the situation and open the eyes of even an opinionated character.
