In Ukraine, sports with a professional trainer were not available for me. Intuitively, I understood that yoga was the best for me. After 4 months without sports, my body began to give me signals: discomfort in the back, pain in the neck (even simple turns of the head gave pain). Then I realized that I needed to act immediately.
I found Dimitri via Internet, but before that I could not register in any way, there were not enough free places all the time. When Dimitri expanded the number of participants, I immediately joined and since then I have been attending classes every time.

I really like doing yoga with Dimitri. I found the ad quite by accident in a telegram group and never regretted it. In a completely unfamiliar city and a foreign country, finding outdoor training with a Russian-speaking trainer is a huge success and incredible support for me as a refugee from Ukraine.
Despite the fact that I am new to yoga, the classes are very comfortable. The trainer explains everything very clearly and gives several options for difficulty for each exercise.
