I can wholeheartedly recommend the physical therapy treatment at the Santewell / Wellsana practice with Florian Müller.
I was able to get appointments very quickly and easily, and was welcomed warmly and kindly from the very beginning. Florian takes plenty of time for his patients and takes a holistic approach to their issues—he identifies connections that go beyond simply treating symptoms.
After an accident during competitive sports, I suffered from persistent symptoms for a long time. Florian has a wide range of different methods at his disposal and applies them in a targeted and individualized manner. I also feel particularly well cared for because he was a competitive athlete himself and can therefore understand my situation very well.
I’ve had four treatments so far and have felt a significant improvement after each session. After the last treatment, I was even completely pain-free.
Thank you so much, dear Florian, for your tremendous dedication! It’s immediately clear that you pour your heart and soul into your work and see it as a true calling—and that’s exactly what we feel as patients.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very positive experience at Santewell Physical Therapy in Basel. The team is super friendly, professional, and really takes the time to care for their patients. You feel welcome and taken seriously right from the start. 😊

The treatment was tailored specifically to my symptoms, and everything was explained clearly. I noticed a significant improvement after just a short time. 💪 The clinic itself is modern, clean, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I can absolutely recommend Santewell in Basel. The practice team is very friendly. The pregnancy massages with Susanne Schaitl were fantastic! I felt completely at ease. A really soothing and professional treatment that I would recommend to any pregnant woman.

I came to Daniela van de Sand through my friend. I was referred with an acute DD ISG blockade (flatback). Very sympathetic and attentive woman who does her job very professionally. She also does a lot of sport and knows exactly where to start. I have now had my third treatment in a week and I feel better from day to day.
